1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Age Verification
taka5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your registration or use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension and, where a minor is identified, permanent closure of the account with forfeiture of all funds held therein.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility

2.4 Prohibited Persons

3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use taka5's betting and casino services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and a unique password. Providing false or misleading information at the point of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual player is entitled to hold only one taka5 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — using the same identity, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household address is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, taka5 reserves the right to merge or close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals associated with those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taka5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. taka5 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify taka5 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
taka5 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at the point of first withdrawal request, upon reaching specified cumulative transaction thresholds, or at taka5's sole discretion. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods

taka5 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by taka5 and may vary by payment method. Players who have been awarded VIP or enhanced account status may be subject to higher limits as agreed with the taka5 accounts team.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed on the same calendar day, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC checks and the absence of any account restrictions. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST will be processed on the following business day. taka5 aims to complete all withdrawals within 24 hours of approval; delays caused by payment service providers or banking systems are outside taka5's direct control.
4.4 Prohibited Payment Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Use of payment methods registered in a name other than your own;
- Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing without meaningful play (bonus abuse or "churning");
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting taka5 support to attempt resolution.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
All bonus offers and promotional credits available on taka5 are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Bonuses are available to verified players who hold a single active account and are not in breach of any provision of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
taka5 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements; exploiting technical errors or pricing mistakes to generate bonus turnover; and using VPN services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.
5.4 Seasonal & Special Promotions
taka5 periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with major events in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. The terms and duration of each special promotion are published separately and may differ materially from standard bonus terms. 6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Game Integrity

6.3 Bet Voidance & Cancellation
taka5 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend bets in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: events cancelled or abandoned without a result; clear pricing errors; evidence of match manipulation; or technical failures that materially affected the betting market. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's taka5 account balance promptly.
6.4 Disconnection Policy
In the event of an internet disconnection or device failure during a live game or bet, taka5's system will complete any active round or bet resolution automatically in accordance with the relevant game engine's rules. taka5 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's side.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by taka5
taka5 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where such action is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
8.2 Closure by taka5
In cases of serious or repeated breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or underage gambling — taka5 may permanently close your account. Upon permanent closure for cause, taka5 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account as compensation for losses, costs, and damages arising from the breach, subject to applicable law.
8.3 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your taka5 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. taka5 will notify you at your registered contact details before applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee, where applicable, will not reduce your account balance below zero. taka5 will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance to you upon request.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the taka5 platform are the exclusive property of taka5 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taka5 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content or software from the taka5 platform without the prior written consent of taka5. Any unauthorised use of taka5's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

taka5 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. taka5 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
11. Amendments to These Terms
taka5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taka5 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the taka5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.3.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. taka5 operates on an international basis and makes no representation that these Terms comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, you may escalate the matter through any available external dispute resolution mechanism. taka5 will cooperate fully with any such process.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court of jurisdiction to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
